Exports of goods play an important role in the economic growth of all countries. When exporting, it is essential to separate the goods by quality and quantity. The main idea of the proposed research work is tomato colour sorting by using ATMEGA 328P. This helps in processing tomatoes for export to different countries. In order to effectively sort quality tomatoes for export, this system is sufficient to sort tomatoes accurately and effectively. This also helps our economic growth. For this purpose, this study recommends using the MATLAB software with integrated controller. Large quantities of tomatoes are delivered to large supermarkets and shopping malls every day. Usually, the people who work there can manually sort these tomatoes into different sizes, shapes, etc. Tomatoes of different sizes, shapes, etc. may not be sorted correctly. Therefore, it is possible to solve those problems through available techniques for effectively sorting tomatoes based on their colour with the help of continuous monitoring and reporting capabilities available in the proposed system.
