摘要
The utilization of essential oil (EO) in aromatherapy is a technique for treating a variety of ailments. Due to the fact that they are made from plants, EOs have a distinct scent. EOs have been utilized for the past few decades in a range of various home products, which include cosmetics and insect repellents, in addition to aromatherapy. Excellent EOs can be inhaled, applied topically, or applied nasally as suitable entrance points for aromatherapy. EOs are inhaled when the first method is utilized, while scented candles or diffusers are used in fewer cases. The practice of applying EOs to the skin undiluted or with a fatty carrier is known as direct aromatherapy. It’s possible to use aromatherapy in a variety of contexts due to the availability of numerous methodologies and preparations. Aromatherapy techniques or their components can be applied in a variety of contexts, including medicine, cosmetics, and advertising. Essential to the effectiveness of aromatherapy is the careful selection of therapeutic-grade EOs and their application in a risk-free manner.
