Based on the application status of VR technology in modern education and teaching practice, this paper determines that Unity3D software is used as the development engine, and 3ds Max software is used to complete the realization of 3D digital model and virtual scene. Under the guidance of learning and cognitive theory related to virtual simulation experiment teaching, the design and implementation of integrated circuit virtual simulation experiment system are completed. With the help of the practical characteristics of VR technology, 3D digital modeling technology and visual interaction technology, and combining the efficiency and convenience of Web application, the system puts forward a comprehensive application solution for the problems existing in the current training process of integrated circuit professionals in colleges and universities. Systematically and innovatively combining online teaching with virtual simulation experimental teaching can provide students with an immersive experimental learning environment, making teaching activities more vivid, intuitive and understandable. It is not only conducive to the mastery of students' professional knowledge, but also promotes the improvement of students' ability to integrate theory with practice, and further accelerates the development of information teaching construction in colleges and universities while promoting the reform of teaching mode.
