Immune pathways, current and potential therapies in Mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome

The treatment landscape for CTCL, especially advanced disease, is becoming increasingly focused on immunotherapies and biologic agents. These treatments have the potential to provide patients with more effective clinical outcomes.
