摘要
The first glutathione peroxidase (GPx)-mimicking metal–organic framework nanozymes are reported and optimized to high performance through a ligand engineering strategy. The Tetris theme represents how Hui Wei and co-workers utilized the established in vitro structure–activity relationship to guide the in vivo anti-inflammation therapy in their Research Article on page 1227. For both ear inflammation and colitis, it is demonstrated that a high-performance GPx-mimicking nanozyme alone can be applied in anti-inflammation therapy.
