The clinical effect of nursing intervention on the maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 76 maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group randomly,then the HAMD score and HAMA score after ten days'intervention and the SF-36 score after thirty days'intervention were compared.Results There were statistical significances (P＜0.05) in the HAMD score and HAMA score after ten days'intervention; there was a statistical significant (P＜0.05)in the SF-36 score after thirty days'imervention,the results of intervention group were better than those of the control group.Conclusions The nursing intervention during the maintenance hemodialysis could relieve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
