摘要
Vasculitis is common among children, which is often manifested as Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP), Kawasaki (KD) disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Inflammation plays a key role in the pathogenesis of vasculitis.It has been found that the activation of tyrosine kinase-2 (Tie2) signaling system can inhibit vascular endothelial cell apoptosis, maintain vascular stability, and reduce vascular leakage, thereby achieving anti-inflammatory effects.Until now, the role of angiopoietins and their receptor Tie2 in inflammatory response is still rare reported.Here we reviews the research about Tie2 signal in vasculitis.
