Evaluation Model Of Logistics Park Operation Service Capability Based On Entropy Weight and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In order to scientifically analyze the operational service status of the logistics park, this article introduces the meaning and composition of the operational service capabilities of the logistics park. A comprehensive evaluation system of 15 indicators has been established from the four aspects of logistics business services, management services, public services, and operational cooperation. The entropy weight method is used to determine the objective weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the logistics park indicators. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, methods and measures to cultivate the operational service capabilities of the logistics park are proposed.
