These findings suggest that OGN negatively regulates cardiac fibrotic remodelling by attenuating CMF proliferation and migration through LPA3-mediated and Rho/ROCK-dependent inhibition of MT1-MMP translocation, MMP2 activation and EGFR transactivation.
