Study on the Water-salt Distribution Discrepancy in the Different Saline and Alkaline Lands of Hetian Region in Xinjiang

Land salinization has been seriously harming Xinjiang region which caused decline in production capacity. At the same period of time, fieldwork research and testing were made in different saline and alkaline land(uncultivated barren flatlands,barren slope-lands、barren lowlands and using-flatland which has been used three years)of Hetian region,which obtained the field data of water-salt distribution.Analyzing the reasons of water-salt distribution discrepancy in different saline and alkaline lands.The results showed that the soil water content level order :barren lowlands using-flatlands barren flatlands barren slope-lands,the soil salt content level order:barren lowlands barren flatlands barren slope-lands usingflatlands and the salt content had positively correlation with water content in the uncultivated lands
