Study on the Evaluation System of College Applied Talents

How to train the applied talents and how to evaluate the talents during the training process has become an important task of colleges and universities' talent training work. The paper starts with implication and features of applied talents to construct two index systems, including academic factors and non-academic factors and establishes an evaluation model of college applied talents.
