Study on testing color performance of LED module for general lighting

With the sustainable development of LED technology,the test method and evaluation criterion become the challenge which the global LED industry faces.This paper introduced the methods for testing light color performances,such as the light intensity and its distribution,luminous flux,and correlated color temperature,color rendering index,color coordinates,color tolerance color uniformity,average and maximum color uniformity for LED modules.Through the accumulation at test work for LED modules,the authors summarized the corresponding test methods which should be selected on specific conditions for LED modules.
