The methanation for SNG from coal-based syngas in a reactor for intrinsic kinetics is investigated using the self-command methanation catalyst sample NJ34 with the size of 0.154-0.198 mm,and under the conditions of temperature 300-500 ℃,pressure is 2.0-5.0 MPa,space velocity 5 000-9 000 h-1.The experimental results show that when the temperature and space velocity do not change, the shift of pressure does not exert much influence on the conversion of CO,CO2 or the total carbon. When the temperature and pressure do not change, there is no obvious change of the conversion of CO,while the conversion of CO2 fluctuates within a certain extent. When the pressure and space velocity do not change, the conversion of CO,CO2 or the total carbon is down trend, especially which of CO2 decreases significantly with the increasing of the temperature.
