Practice in Long Steel to decrease silicon content in blast furnace smelting

The practice of de-silicon smelting in the four blast furnaces of Long Steel was summarized.By using concentrate burden,adopting appropriate operating parameters and innovative management of BF condition,the average silicon content of the molten iron decreased to under 0.4 % while ensuring stable and smooth BF operation.
