ObjectiveTo investigate the osteoporotic pathogenesis based on cell signal transduction.MethodsIn this study, gene chips of SBC-R-HC-102-10 were used to investigate the gene expression pattern of signal transduction in Osteoporosis. Gene information about differential expression gene were gained through NCBI(http:www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov). PathwayStudio software is used to characterize the signal transduction information.Results118 significant differentially expressed genes related to 22 cellular signal transduction pathways were detected, among them 67 genes were up-regulated,51 down-regulated. 12 genes correlated to more than 4 cellular signal transduction pathways were concerned.ConclusionDisturbances of cell signal transduction related genes play an important role in the pathomechanism of osteoporosis. Related signal transduction pathway is closely correlated with cell proliferation, apoptosis, adhesion and migration, circulation, nutrition, growth, aging, endocrine immune system, energy metabolism.
