The studies of Soybean Isoflavones Chelating with Zink

Isolating and purifying isoflavones from soybean powder by the way of resin separating,we obtained the product of 28.3%.Examined the chelating reaction of soybean isoflavones with zinc,found the optimum conditions of chelating reaction,that is room temperature,pH 5～6,the best quanlity ratio of soybean isoflavones with zinc 4.27∶1.
