Application of PDCA Cycle in Quality Nursing in Respiratory Department

Objective:To explore the application of PDCA cycle in quality nursing in respiratory department.Methods:The writers think that programs of quality nursing in respiratory department can be formulated in the planning period,basic and specialized nursing can be strengthened in the implementation period,health education management can be intensified,communication with patients be strengthened,work schedule reformed,performance examination established in examination period,nursing quality evaluated regularly and the unsolved problems transferred to the next cycle in disposing period.Results:They found that the application of PDCA cycle in quality nursing in respiratory department can improve effectively the satisfactory degree with nursing quality and nurses' work from patients.Conclusion:The application can promote the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improve comprehensive quality of nurses and their nursing quality.
