Influencing Mechanisms of Industrial Agglomeration on Urban Spatial Structure——The Case of Beijing Metropolitan Region

Based on the role of different agglomeration mechanism plays on urban spatial factors,we analyzed the affect mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the spatial structure of three important factors: urban capital,employment and infrastructures.Then,take the example of some typical industrial agglomeration zone,and on the search of whose information and development,we analyzed how industrial agglomeration affects on the evolution mechanism of urban structure.Through the analysis,we thought the function mechanisms of industrial agglomeration on city spatial factors of Beijing metropolitan area are mainly in three aspects: dominating the circulation of capital pattern,remolding the labor market distribution and boosting the peripheral real estate market,and which impelled the urban spatial model of Beijing transferring from urban sprawl to the axial development,and also promoted the formation of city vice-center in suburban area and the new town in suburban district,and promote Beijing city space into a multi-polar nuclei and multi-purpose tactic development pattern.
