Measuring dielectric properties of microwave dielectric materials with resonance method

Dielectric permittivity is one of the main performance parameters.For discussing the calculation of dielectric parameters of microwave dielectric material,the model of the resonant method was analyzed and based on resonance method,the system of measuring the dielectric parameters was developed.Measurement results show that measurement value agreed with reference value well.The paper also evaluated the uncertainty of the measurement result.So microwave dielectric material permittivity measurement platform in microwave frequency band was established.
