The application of gymnastic aesthetics to physical education teaching

The article discusses from many angles the relation between physical education and aesthetics as well as the real beauty and the artistic beauty manifested in physical education teaching. The principles and methods of the aesthetic in physical education teaching are put forward to enable the students to sense and appreciate beauty by forming aesthetic view, and to create beauty finally.
