Construction of Court-Annexed Mediation System in China

Although the law does not provide for Court-Annexed Mediation system in China,a lot of ADR practices emerged during the reform of judicial,such as 'Court-Annexed Mediation Room',which was similar to Court-Annexed Mediation.Overall,these practice were fruitful,but lack of mature system design and legal support.Based on the related practice in some local courts,an idiomatical Court-Annexed Mediation system which including pre-litigation mediation and pre-trail mediation should be constructed in China.
