Advances in the study on detoxification agents

Objective To review on the study on detoxification agents.Methods Papers reported in journals were consulted,and classified by the action target spots of detoxification agents. Results and Conclusions The detoxification agents consist of opioid receptor,α 2 receptor,DA 2 receptor,M receptor,NMDA receptor and calcium channel,etc.To a certain degree,these detoxification agents have some good effects on addicts.At present,the research direction is to find the effective action target spot of a detoxification agent and develop new effective detoxification agents on the molecule level.
