Application and Effect Analysis of Electronic Clinical Pathway Management

Clinical pathway is an effective method to optimize therapeutic and care procedures,to improve satisfaction of patients and medical practitioners,to shorten average hospitalization length,to lower expenditures,to reduce medical errors,and to promote efficiency of doctors and nurses.However,the traditional manual management of pathway as well as the partition of doctors,nurses and patients has greatly burdened the treatment and management.This article introduces the application of integrated clinical pathway management on the basis of electronic technology in Shaoxing People's Hospital,in hope that it can be offered as a new standardized clinical management pattern.
