TECTONIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ACTIVE FAULTS IN CUOQIN AREA

The natural environment of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau is badly,and the distribution of seismological network is rarely.On the base of ETM data,the structures of active faults in Cuoqin area are decrypted and built up the tectonic frame of these faults.The relationship between the active faults and the seismicity is analyzed and pointed out that the tectonic fault activity referred to earthquake research in the plateau.
