摘要
Rosiglitazone was synthesized from 2-Chloropydine and 2-(Methyl amino) ethanol through Williamson reaction,condensation reaction and hydrogenation reaction. The reaction and purification of 4-[2-(Methyl-pyridin-2-yl-amino)-ethoxy]-benzaldehyde was simplified. Catalytic hydrogenation reaction system of 5-{4-[2-(Methyl-pyridin-2-yl-amino)-ethoxy] benzylidene} -thiazolidine-2,4 -dione was optimized. The results show that the facile synthetic scheme put forward in this work has the characteristics of mild reaction condition, high yield and was simple to operate.
