摘要
Poly(arylene-ethynylene) (PAE) and poly(arylene vinylene) (PAV) are well-known π-conjugated polymers. PAE contains alternating arylene and ethynylene units, and PAV contains alternating arylene and vinylene units. Typical PAE and PAV are poly(phenylene-ethynylene) (PPE) and poly(phenylene vinylene) (PPV), respectively, containing phenylenes as the arylene units. Here, the synthesis and applications of these polymers in optoelectronic materials are described.
