This study investigated the therapeutic effect of repeated urethral sphincter injections of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in women due to intrinsic sphincter deficiency (ISD) refractory to medical treatment or after the first anti-incontinence surgery.
