Perspective for Teaching Elementary School Mathematics Based on the Research Literature

In this paper, a perspective for teaching elementary school mathematics was given. The one perspective where much of the different research on elementary school mathematics of the last some decade years was surveyed. Another one was a teaching perspective where research findings were placed into the context of classroom learning.
