Study on Thermal Shock Performance of La_2Zr_2O_7 Thermal Barrier Coatings

La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings were made on 1Cr18Ni9 substrate by multi micro-arc plasma instrument.The thermal shock performance of La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2 coating at high temperature was studied and compared.The results show that La2Zr2O7 thermal barrier coating has higher thermal shock performance compared with ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings at 900 ℃.They have close thermal shock performance at 1000 ℃ and 1100 ℃.
