The Study on Construction and Evolution of National Innovation System of China Based on Stratagem Cluster

After the financial crisis,China re-proposes The National System to Explore Scientific and Technological Innovation,in order to promoting the performance of national innovation system.Under this circumstance,the article concentrates on the concept of national innovation system and makes a literature review about the developing process of national innovation system.It also attempts to constructs the national innovation system of China with Chinese characteristics based on previous study.Finally,the paper analyses development,evolution of our national innovation system in the view of stratagem cluster,and proposed further policy recommendations in improving the national innovation system.
