Capecitabine Combined with Vinorelbine in Advanced Breast Cancer Clinical Research

Objective: Application of observation of capecitabine combined with vinorelbine in advanced breast cancer in recent clinical efficacy and toxicity.Methods: Capecitabine 2000mg/ m2,2 times/d,1~14days.Vinorelbine 25mg/m2 rapid intravenous infusion,on days 1,8,21d for a period,all patients received 2 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy.Results: 35 patients,are feasible efficacy and toxicity evaluation,in which CR 4 例(11.43%),PR 14 例(40.00%),SD 12例(34.28%),PD 5 cases(14.28%) overall response rate(CR + PR) to 51.42%.Conclusion: Capecitabine and vinorelbine in advanced breast cancer achieved good effect,Adverse reactions can be tolerated and is worthy of further study.
