The comparison about methods of organizing network for protective relay and fault message system sub station in Ningxia Power Grid

With the Power system itself mature and perfect day by day,as well as the ever developing of the computer technology,protective relay and fault message system come into existence in more and more projects. This put all the automatic safety equipment such as fault wave recorder and microprocessor based protection into the state of network operation. The system has intelligentized analysis and advanced management pattern,which lay a good foundation for dealing with fault in good time in the more and more complicated power grid. The paper gives technologic comparison among three methods of organizing the network for protective relay and fault message system sub station.
