A study of the new callisthenics of Shijiazhuang College

Callisthenics is valuable and charming in itself,and is popular with college students.In order to further improve the quality of teaching calisthenics,and to well instruct the teaching and studying,this paper has further analysized and discussed the scientificity,practicality and interest of the new calisthenics through teaching and test by a comparison between the old calisthenics on rhyme and the new one.
