Practice and Reflections on Laboratory Technician Post Setting and Appointment in Colleges and Universities

This paper summarized the problems in laboratory technician teams at present,introduced the practice of laboratory technician post setting and appointment to strengthen the construction of laboratory technician teams in colleges and universities,analyzed the difficult problems and their causes,and put forward some countermeasures for these problems.
