The content of puerarin,daidzin and daidzein in function foods radix pueraria and pueraria powder was determined by HPLC.It could provide a method of quality control for pueraria health products.The sample was extracted by ultrasound with 70% ethanol for 30 min.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water.The contents of puerarin,daidzin and daidzein in the radix pueraria are far higher than those in the pueraria powder.The results showed that the recoveries were in the range of 90.1%~100.5%.The method is simple and accurate.
