Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Acrylated Epoxy Oligomer Used for the UV Curing

Acrylated epoxy oligomer (AEO) used for UV curing was synthesized by reaction of epoxy resina with acrylic acid. The reaction velocity and some properties of acrylated epoxy oligomer were also studied. Stucture features on mixtures of epoxy resina and acrylic acid、 AEO and UV curable AEO were determined by IR spectrometer. The curing rate of AEO in the presents of different type photosensitive reagent were measured.
