Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets

X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets is the most common hereditary rickets and easy to misdiagnosis or missed.The treatment is more complicated compared with the general rickets.In this paper, the clinical features, genes and treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets are reviewed.
