摘要
An absorptive/transmissive frequency selective surface (FSS) is designed and experimentally demonstrated. First, a conventional element is used to design an FSS that operates at low frequencies. Then, a magnetic microwave absorbing film with low-pass and high-absorption performance is chosen. At last, the absorber film is loaded on the back of the FSS. Thus, an absorptive/transmissive FSS is designed. Both the simulated and measured results show that the proposed absorptive/transmissive FSS keeps good bandpass performance at lower frequencies, and some out-of-band signals are absorbed rather than reflected. In addition, grating lobes are also suppressed due to the existence of the absorber .
