摘要
This paper presents the design and realization of a totem-pole PFC converter featuring depletion-mode GaN-on-Si power transistors, with a focus on an original approach to safely tackle the challenges related to the normally-ON characteristic. The realized converter takes full advantage of these power devices while ensuring safe operation.
