Preparation and Application of Polymeric Aluminum Ferric Chloride

A new technology for the preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was presented.Polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was synthesized using polymeric aluminum chloride and Fe3+.The influence factors were studied such as the proportion of raw materials,the reaction temperature,aging temperature,aging time and pH.The optimum conditions of reaction were found out.Polymeric aluminum chloride and polymeric aluminum ferric chloride were analyzed by infrared absorption spectra.The result showed high removing efficiency and turbidity of COD.
