Research Progress of Aureobasidium pullulans and Its Bioproducts

Aureobasidium pullulans was a saprophytic fungus with a typical cell pleomorphism.Different Aureobasidium pullulans could produce extracellular polysaccharides,extracellular enzymes,melanin,poly malic acid,siderophore and other fermentation products.They could be widely used in medicine,food,biological,cosmetics and tobacco industries,and many other fields.This article summarized the research progress of Aureobasidium pullulans and its biological products,and looked forward to find more new genes and biological products of Aureobasidium pullulans through the full gene sequencing method.
