The Negative Criticism on the Gangsterdom and Chinese Chivalry-Culture

Chinese chivalry,since it got its name in the ancient book Han Fei Zi,has been similar to gangsterdom for its characteristics in organization,economy,behavior and danger.However,Han Fei chivalry clearly overshadowed the rationality and progress of history.Thus Sima Qian has committed himself to reshaping the moral image of chivalry with benevolence and righteousness in cultural and aesthetic ideals.Yet in specific historical reality,chivalry had been completely transformed in the Western Han Dynasty.Hence from the real and imaginary dimensions along different paths it develops and gets intertwined.However,in today's fight against evil forces,the Chinese chivalry culture with deep root in Chinese traditions should be looked on in both positive and negative aspects.
