The design of a new rural management system which separates griculture management from village committee's other function

The dual roles of function and goals of village committee have violated the fundamental request of market economy, and become the origin of a great number of problems about rural economy. According to the marketizan'on of agriculture, a new management system which separates the function of representative of village collective property from the village committee's role of manager about village public affairs is designed.
