Research on the Production and Control of Wasted Material in the Manufacture of Corrugated Cardboard

The causes of producing wasted material of corrugated cardboard were analyzed based on the five aspects of worker,machine,raw material, method,and environment.The types and amount of wasted material of corrugated cardboard were found according to the statistical data in the real manufacture.Then the specific measures of controlling the wasted material in different taches of producing corrugated cardboard were studied in depth to reduce the wasted material and fight for lower and even no wasted material,so the producing cost can be cut down and the profits would be increased,at last the competition power of corrugated cardboard enterprise would be increased.
