The Simulation Analysis for Hydraulic System Reliability of Heavy Transport Vehicle Based on Fault Tree Analysis

The logical relationship of the hydraulic system for the heavy transport vehicle was analyzed.In view of the fault modesingle point-median settlementof the up-down system,the reliability block diagram was built.On this foundation,the fault tree model was constructed.Reliability simulation software system was compiled by visual basic language and Monte Carle method.The parameters,such as importance of the basic events,system reliability index etc,were calculated by the software system.The calculated result shows this software system operation is simple and convenient and the calculated result coincides with the practical situation.It provides strong support for improving the reliability and safety of the vehicle,and has important significance in researching and producing the transport vehicle.
