It precision depends on springback and shape before unloading for press bending forming.Large curvature plane-bending curve can replace shape before unloading and be used to calculate springback.Based on deformation feature in press bending,large curvature plane-bending curve for press bending is separated into four parts,elastic-plastic segment with constant curvature,elastic-plastic segment,pure elastic segment,free deformation segment.The elastic-plastic segment and pure elastic segment are taken as two cantilever beams.The formulations for large curvature plane-bending curve are founded according to beam theory and ideal material model.All parameters in the formulations can be obtained by numerical method.
