摘要
This research paper investigates the effects of tiredness, stress, and effort on human performance in aviation. It is well known that these factors have a substantial impact on a pilot's ability to carry out their obligations in a safe and efficient manner. The research employs a comprehensive review of the literature to evaluate the varied effects of workload, stress, and fatigue on human performance in aviation. The review includes a complete evaluation of the relevant information, emphasizing the significant findings and limitations of previous studies. The study argues that workload, stress, and fatigue are all interconnected and can all have a negative impact on a pilot's performanceThe study's conclusions have implications for aviation management safety, particularly in terms of developing policies and practices to reduce the risks associated with these factors. The study concludes with recommendations for future research topics, such as the development of more comprehensive models of human performance in aviation that account for the complex relationships between weariness, stress, workload, and other factors.
