摘要
Different from conventional chromatographic and spectral enantiomeric separation and recognition methods, device-based chiral sensors have attracted increasing attention by virtue of their miniaturization, real-time and on-screen analysis characters, which contributes to their promising application prospects in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological technology, and food industry. Therefore, developing fast and reliable chiral sensors for online analysis of chiral compounds in gas and liquid samples is in great demand. The scope of this chapter is mainly about field-effect transistor devices constructed for enantiomeric differentiation. Basic function principles and performance level of these FET devices are summarized and nearly all examples can provide effective analysis data with high sensitivity and reproducibility, along with low detection limit.
