摘要
We will demonstrate a compact laboratory set-up capable of recording sub-micrometre details of brain tissue in any location and depth of the brain of a living animal model. The technology utilises holographic control of light transport through hair-thin multimode optical fibres to raster-scan a sample with a diffraction-limited focus. The presentation will showcase various modalities of the system's application to the field of in-vivo neuroscience imaging.
