摘要
Major Finding: Tumor-infiltrating B cells exhibit heterogeneity in abundance and subtype constitution across cancers. Concept: Tumor-associated atypical B cells interact with CD4+ T cells and are activated and clonally expanded. Impact: Levels of tumor-associated atypical B cells may have prognostic significance across multiple cancers.
